iPhone의 설정 → 알림 → KeepHello에서 알림이 허용되어 있는지 확인한 뒤 앱을 다시 열어주세요.
알림은 다음 연락일 오전 9시에 전송되며, 연락 기록이 없으면 같은 날 오후 6시에 한 번 더 전송됩니다.
iCloud 동기화는 선택적 연간 구독 기능입니다. 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
구독이 확인되지 않으면 KeepHello의 iCloud 화면에서 구매 복원을 눌러주세요.
문제가 계속되면 사용 중인 iPhone 모델, iOS 버전, 문제 상황을 적어 아래 이메일로 보내주세요.
In iPhone Settings, open Notifications → KeepHello and make sure notifications are allowed, then reopen the app.
A reminder is sent at 9:00 AM on the next contact date. If no contact is recorded, one more reminder is sent at 6:00 PM the same day.
iCloud Sync is an optional annual subscription. It works across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
If your subscription is not recognized, choose Restore Purchases on the iCloud screen in KeepHello.
